On March 18th, 2013, Communities United for Police Reform filed a class action lawsuit on NYPD’s Stop & Frisk Policy, Floyd v. the City of New York.  During the 9 week trial, press conferences were held outside the courtroom daily, bringing light to the media the People’s Struggle against the NYPD.
